The transfer to more expensive package is free, the transfer to the cheaper one - charging fee is 1 day package costs, from what you are transferring. All data will saved. Money is withdrawing from the internal balance of the site. You can deposit the balance by any of the options provided within the system on the  deposit balance page. Fee charging once a day from the inner balance. There is an opportunity to work with a negative balance, while a negative amount will not equal the cost of the package for a month after that - the site is blocked: I.e. all tasks and projects will remain, but you will not be able to work with them. If the account will deposited and balance will be positive - the site will automatically unlock.
